Description
From the outskirts of St Aubin, find secret views of the Bay and glimpse into the past. Begin your journey through woods near the picturesque harbour, before venturing out to St Aubin's Fort (when tides allow), this granite stronghold rises from the sands. With spectacular photographic views then enter a German war tunnel hidden deep beneath the hillside and en-route you'll pass through private, idyllic woodlands, venture along the quaint cobbled street lined with 'Chocolate Box' houses, former homes to sea captains and merchants from the “cod-fishing times" to the New World.
Meeting point: This walk commences from the La Haule Manor Hotel, at the front entrance (near Lucas Farm).
Cost: £10.00 per person.

Duration & distance
This circular walk is approximately 4 miles and should take about 3.5 hours.

Time of day & season
1400 to 1745 Monday, April to June and September to November. Hidden Heritage of St. Aubin is Spring and Autumn walk.
