Description
Commence at Springfield Stadium. Leaving our St.Helier town, we venture up Valley Des Vaux, passing our first Mill, as we head into another valley where the "Jersey Royal Potatoes", were first planted in Fern Valley. Then another valley, "Waterworks Valley", not only was it used by the Victorians to collect the town supply of water, but the Vikings in the 9th century, discovered this area.
